Adoption fee $300


 


      Aaron is a beautiful black and tan male approximately 8 months of age. He is a little underweight for his age at 42 pounds but, with his appetite, he will catch up quickly.  Not much is known about his past but he does know some basic commands and he does well on a leash considering his age.  He will even sit and wait patiently while his food is prepared! 



     He is currently being fostered in a home with three other Shepherds (ages 12, 3 and 2) and engages in play with the 2 year-old continuously.    He has mastered the doggy door and currently sleeps on a bed in his foster parents’ bedroom.  Due to the fact this is a new sleeping arrangement for him, he does get up during the night but is getting better as the days progress.    He gets excited when he sees humans and other dogs so tends to jump and this has become a priority to correct. 



     He has not met the resident cat or been around small children but has shown a great interest in squirrels.    This little boy is going to be a great addition to the right family.  More to come as we get to know this sweet boy!
