My name is Bama, and I'm about a year old. I'm a big ol’ boy—currently a slim 70 lbs and still growing into my paws!
My foster mom says I’m the best boy, and honestly, I believe her. I’m still very much a big puppy and could use some basic training, but I LOVE learning! I already know how to sit, lie down, and I’m this close to mastering “shake.” I can be a little shy at first, but once I trust you, I’m super treat-motivated and pick things up quickly.
I live with dogs, cats, kids—and even chickens! I’ve learned that cats are friends, not snacks. Chickens, on the other hand... well, let’s just say I’d do better in a chicken-free home. I’d also do best with older kids since I’m still working on my manners and don’t always know my size.
My ideal home would have plenty of space to run and play, and I’d absolutely love a canine sibling to help boost my confidence and show me the ropes. I’m a social guy and other dogs really help me shine!
If you’d like to learn more about me, please submit an application. My foster mom would love to tell you all about me!
