Approximate DOB 5/1/2024 – About 6 lbs
Batman was part of a large hoarding case. He was among about 30 Chihuahuas- some inside and some outside. He was an outdoor only dog so is still learning the ropes of being a house dog. He is pretty skittish so will need a very loving, understanding family to love. He is trying but he has not had very much attention up until now that he went into a foster home.  
He is working on house training still. He has puppy pads as well but ends up ripping them up so she just takes him in and out constantly to get him used to it. He is good with the cats(probably because they are bigger than him) but he isn't a fan of the dogs. It seems like these guys fought for everything since they were all living out in a pen with little contact. He is skittish, he was really scared of toys but his foster has been working with him and he now realizes they are pretty fun. So he has the ability to learn and change he just takes time since he was never given this so is taking time learning all about life now.   
He will make someone a perfect little friend. His ideal person or people will help him overcome his past through giving him new experiences, lots of love, attention, and treats. We are sure once he understands how wonderful change is he will continue blossoming by leaps and bounds.

Dogs are seen by appointment only after an application has been submitted and approved. If you have other dogs it is recommended you bring them out to the meeting but not required. 
Steps for adoption: Read bio, email to request application or download it from the main website, fill it out completely and email it back, once approved you will receive an email asking you when you would like to come out to meet the pet, schedule an appointment, directions will be emailed or text to you. Adoption fees are cash only.
