Birdie came to us through the South where she was used and abused and on death's door when she entered rescue. She had heartworms and two chained rows of mammary tumors which were also infected. She came very close to dying and she was severely emaciated. Her ears were disgusting and her eyes were full of goop. Birdie has recovered enough to come to us and continue on her journey. Now she is filled out and getting healthy. she already had her surgeries and treatment. We are still working on getting her ears cleaned up and her eyes which have just barely residual goop. She is doing well and now ready for a home. We think she is around 8 yrs of age. 


Adoption fee is 225 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and many have received further treatment for such conditions as lump removal, severe ear infections, dental cleanings, bloodwork, leg injuries, etc..                       



We do out of state adoptions but require a submitted application, a home visit (sometimes we cannot get this done and then we can not adopt), and the adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the potential dog(s), possibly adopt, and then drive the dog back.
