Hi I’m Blair! I’m the sweetest young baby who arrived from the Reservation. I absolutely adore my foster family and I’m so grateful to have a place to stay safe and warm. I love getting pets (check out this
video
) and roll over to get the best belly rubs (here’s a
video
of that). I’m crate trained and “kennel up” nicely. I already know sit and I’m working hard on my basic manners. I’m very sweet and gentle with my foster kiddos and give the most gentle kisses. They think I’m funny when I get the zoomies!
I’m doing really well with my potty training and go right outside when the door is opened to go potty.
I do have some puppy energy so I’ve been burning that off on walks and running around outside. Here’s a cute
video
of me running around the back yard. I’ve been practicing a lot on my walk training and I’m improving every day!
I’m okay with dogs at a distance but get nervous nose to nose. I have met dogs who were kenneled and I’m very friendly to them so I know I have it in me. My foster mom and I are working hard so I can make some friends someday.
I will need an adopter to continue to train and work with me to become the loyal companion I’m meant to be. I’m really just a big ol baby looking for a family of my own to love. If you think that could be you fill out an application I would love to meet you!
Blair is from a local reservation. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an
adoption application.
An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.

How to Adopt page.
*Rescue puppies are notorious for losing their birth certificates before entering our rescue. We cannot guarantee the breed or size they will be full grown.*
If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can
donate
to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
