David Bowie was a rock star...our Bowie is too!He is a super fun, incredibly playful, sweet guy. He had a wonderful day out, as reported by his foster:I had the pleasure of taking Bowie out and he was an absolute rock star the entire day!He let me dress him without any fuss. Loading him in the car was a breeze. He hopped right in, ready for adventure. In the car, he was well-mannered, either laying down or quietly watching the world go by. A five-star passenger. Our first stop was an open field for some fun on a 50-foot-long lead where he was thrilled to have space to run. After playing fetch and running around, he showed signs of tiredness, but in a good way! He heeled by my side, showing how responsive he could be with proper exercise. He was gentle, never jumpy or mouthy, turning into a total cuddle bug, constantly rolling over for belly rubs.Next, we visited the Nugget Market plaza to work on his social skills. He did amazing in a busy environment - calm, responsive, and really attentive.People were complimenting him left and right, calling him a `perfect boy` for how well he listened and settled down, even lying calmy for a bit. He interacted politely with adults and kids and he clearly enjoyed the positive attention. On campus, he walked right beside me, ignoring g squirrels and even passed a cat riding in a backpack without trying to approach.Throughout the day, Bowie received lots of love and encouragement and he truly earned it.He is a wonderful dog who thrives with regular exercise and positive reinforcement. With the right routine, he is incredibly manageable and affectionate.HE REALLY IS A STAR!
