I can't hear you! Cause I'm deaf... either that or I'm REALLY good at ignoring when you call my name. I am 45 lbs, have a white coat with a lot of little gray spots, and might look a little cross eyed because my left eye has a little splash of white. So cool!I am a smart dog. SO smart, I know `sit` `lay down` `tug` `drop it` `shake` `home` `crate` `up on the couch` `touch` `wait` `focus` `yes` and `no.` Was that a sentence or a list of commands? Yeah, I'm a nerd.I know how to potty outside and will wait by the door and look at you to let you know that I need to pee. When I poop, I do this cute little circle while pooping to make sure the poop's right where I left it. At night, I can sleep in my crate with no problems. I will jump into any crate with a treat, easy peasy! I'm very into food puzzles! I can solve any level of puzzle! Try me! I'm also in love with any and all toys. I just want to play tug of war all day with you! My favorites so far are stuffed animals, especially ones with lots of legs like octopuses, and rubber toys for chewing. Did I mention I love bathes? Folks think I'm part lab which makes sense because I'll lap at an open faucet and willingly jump into a bathtub. I recently got a manicure, which was a bit awkward, but I didn't mind at all since I got treats during it.Because I'm deaf, I do like being near or around you. It's very reassuring to have some form of touch like napping next to you throughout the day and wake up to see I'm not alone. ?? I've been by myself most of my life, so I don't know if I like dogs or cats or small animals. But because I can be jumpy and use a lot of teeth, I don't think I'd be nice around kids. I can't hear when people say `ow` so it's a little hard for me to learn when I did something that hurt you.If you're willing to take a chance on me, my foster will be with you 100%! They are very generous and will help you get started with everything you need to ensure you're prepared 110% for a deaf dog lifestyle. ?? I AM SO EXCITED TO MEET YOU! Come see me soon!
