These two are a bonded pair and must stay together. Max is 5 and Champ is 7. Champ was hit by a car and had a leg surgery that left him with a limp but that doesn't slow him down one bit. They were raised around kids.  When surrendered they had been kept as outside dogs their entire lives, but kept escaping.
They have been inside dogs since October, and you'd never know any different. They get along and play very well with other dogs. They deserve to be the center of attention and will do best with a family who will work with them and train them. They know basic commands like sit and they come when called.
Max and Champ are the happiest, loving boys who have never met a stranger. They deserve a family who will smother them with all the love they can handle, but who will also train them and break them of their attempts to escape.

Both Max and Champ are participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so custody and ongoing care are provided by the foster, not by DFWRM.
