Chelsea is a beautiful three year old, 35 lb., female Bull Terrier available for adoption through California Paws Rescue. She currently lives in a foster home, and and here is what her foster mom has learned about her so far:
"This pretty little girl is a real sweetheart that loves to cuddle. Although she is deaf, that does not slow her down! She is learning to watch me for guidance and is starting to learn the signs for come and wait. She is smart as a whip and is so fun to be around, she makes me laugh everyday.
I have a male Terrier mix about 34 lbs., and we are taking the introductions slowly and so far, so good. Chelsea is curious about people and dogs, I let her say "Hi" to people and she loves that. Since she is still new to me, I don't let her meet other dogs yet. I'm still taking it slow, but she does seem to want to meet them.
Chelsea is crate-trained and quiet as a mouse while in the crate. She also sleeps through the night with no whining or barking. I have her in my bedroom with me, and the only thing I hear is a light snore every once in a while,
I take Chelsea out first thing when she wakes up and she takes care of business.
No accidents in the house so far.
I take her out for walks several times during the day and again just before bed. She does have zoomies that all dogs have, but she calms down after a burst. She is a clown in typical Bully fashion, and she will bring a smile to your face everyday. She is ready for adventure in her forever home."
