Hi, I'm Dale, a handsome Chow X who was rescued from a shelter where I was found as a stray. I'm grateful to be given a chance to find my forever home. Although my shelter stay wasn't the best experience, I've been doing great at CARL's kennel facility.

It's unknown at this time if I get along with other dogs, cats or children. A CARL volunteer said although I allowed her to pet me, I needed a little time to warm up to new people when I first came to CARL, but now I'm more social. I'm sure it had to do with having been picked up as a stray and then being taken to a shelter where I didn't know what fate awaited me. The volunteer said I'm leash trained and nice looking too.

I can't wait to find my forever home and be someone's loyal companion. Could that someone be you?
