Meet Delta! This sweet little girl is on a journey to a brighter future. Delta is a Italian Greyhound mix who came from a hoarding case, and she’s slowly learning what it means to be loved. While she can be shy at first, she has a gentle heart and a quiet sweetness that shines through as she gains confidence. Delta absolutely loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a canine friend to show her the ropes. Her adorable airplane ears make her even more charming, and once she’s comfortable, she’s happiest curled up on the couch, enjoying the simple comforts of a loving home. She also enjoys looking out windows, taking in the world from the safety of her cozy space. Delta is looking for a patient, kind family who will give her the time and love she needs to fully come out of her shell. Could you be the one to help her spread her wings?
All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption.
An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption.
Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family.
Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown.

Pour toute adoption, nous demandons des justificatifs afin de compléter le dossier de l’adoptant : une pièce d’identité, un justificatif de domicile original de moins de 3 mois, et le certificat d’engagement et de connaissance des besoins spécifiques de l’espèce complété et signé 7 jours avant l’acquisition de l’animal.
Nous demandons également une participation financière, couvrant les frais vétérinaires dont l’animal a bénéficié lors de sa prise en charge (stérilisation, identification, vaccination, etc..). Si l’animal n’est pas encore stérilisé lors de l’adoption, un chèque de caution de 300€ est demandé.
