Meet Dugan – The Perfect Companion You’ve Been Waiting For!
Looking for a calm, gentle soul with just the right amount of playful spirit? Dugan is a 1-1/2 year old, 14 pound Schnauzer/terrier mix.
He is a truly special pup who’s as sweet as they come! He’s housebroken and sleeps peacefully through the night with his doggy friends.
Dugan is friendly with both men and women, and he loves car rides and toys. He’s also a total lapdog and adores being close to his people. He minds well in all settings, walks nicely on a leash (though rabbits and birds still catch his eye!), and has no bad habits — no chewing, no barking, no digging, and no dominance or marking behaviors.
With a calm, loving personality, he’s great around other dogs and is always gentle — taking treats softly, waiting patiently for food, and enjoying cuddles more and more each day. He’s still learning how fun it can be to be picked up, but he's already figured out that plush toys and a good game of tug are the best things ever.
While we’re not sure how he is with kids or cats, he shows no anxiety in new situations and behaves wonderfully in public places. He’s curious, kind, and quietly confident — the kind of dog who fits in anywhere. He would love a home with a yard to run and play in, along with one other fun loving pup to play with!
If you're ready for a loyal friend who brings joy, peace, and a touch of goofiness to your life, Dugan is your guy!
