Hello future family, my foster family calls me Elmer. I’m estimated to be under a year old. I’m basically a toddler and a teething one at that.


 


Don’t be fooled by my large paws, I am a squatty, long shaped boy. My golden coat is more hair than fur. Like a terrier, I don’t shed very much and I love to be brushed.


 


My life began on the streets and my foster family’s home was the first I ever experienced.  I’m a quick learner. I am crate trained and I’m working on my leash training. I’ve mastered potty pads and the doggie door!


 


I do well with other dogs and I adore children.  I am very pack oriented and submissive.



Please be patient with me as I take some time to trust and may come across as shy. 



Because once I warm up, I’m the sweetest, most cuddly boy.



I love to play and make humans laugh. Be sure to have plenty of toys because I’m still a baby.
