What kind of home would be best for me? “Are You Lonesome Tonight” Elvis will solve that problem, just be ready for an active night of play and fun, no couch potatoes for him! Elvis is as energetic and charming as the King himself. Whether it’s a hike in the mountains, a jog around the neighborhood, a trip to the beach, or even a quick drive-thru run for a pup cup, Elvis is always up for an adventure—as long as he’s with his people.
He’s incredibly friendly and LOVES children, making him a great match for an active family. He’d also do well with a single adopter or a couple. Elvis is looking for a home where he won’t be alone for long—he thrives with companionship and plenty of daily activity. If you’re always on the go, Elvis will happily be your sidekick. Elvis loves to play with other dogs, though his high energy can be a bit much for most cats. If your cat is cool with that, he’s happy to coexist.
What is my personality like? Meet Elvis, no pawtographs please! But hugs and kisses are available to everyone. Elvis is a star that lives on our farm in Graceland. It’s not “Heartbreak Hotel” but it isn’t quite the digs his namesake was accustomed to. Elvis is in search of his forever home and people to, “Love Me Tender.”
Elvis is “All Shook Up” on the leash and tends to pull, so he’ll need consistent leash training and help learning basic commands like sit, stay, come, and down. Investing time into his training will not only build his confidence but also deepen the bond between you.
When you meet Elvis you “Can’t Help Falling in Love” with him. If you adopt him he’ll be singing a happy tune and saying, “Thank you, thank you very much.” So don’t wait—“It’s Now or Never.” Elvis is ready to make his grand entrance into a loving forever home, and when he does, you’ll both be singing “Burning Love.”
How do I act when I first meet new people? Elvis never misses a chance to greet his fans with hugs, kisses, and playful enthusiasm. Everyone he meets instantly becomes part of his fan club!
Other tips and tidbits: Elvis was born on 4/6/2023.
House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule if a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
