Hercules – Tiny Name, Mighty Heart 8 week old Italian Greyhound x Beagle mix Small in size, huge in confidence — ready to take on your couch, your lap, and your heart.
Don’t let the name fool you—Hercules isn’t out here wrestling lions (yet), but he is conquering hearts left and right. This pint-sized hero may be small, but he’s got the confidence of a much bigger pup. Raised in foster care since just 4 weeks old, Hercules has grown into a playful, curious, and delightfully independent little guy. Whether he’s tossing toys, exploring his pen like it’s uncharted territory, or charming you with those soulful eyes, Hercules is always on a mission: to be the best puppy ever.
He’s on a solid routine with three meals a day (9 AM, 2 PM, 7 PM) and has already started mastering the art of potty training. He mostly uses pee pads in his pen and is picking up quickly with consistency and supervision—what a smart cookie! At night, he sleeps soundly in his pen without a peep. That’s right: a good night’s sleep for you, and for your future sidekick.
Hercules has had positive interactions with other dogs in his early days and would do well joining a home with a friendly canine companion—or he’d be perfectly content flying solo as the star of the show. He’s also cat-friendly and could happily coexist with feline roommates. At his current foster home, the resident dogs aren’t super playful, so while he hasn’t had recent puppy playdates, he’s well-socialized and ready to mingle.
If you're looking for a puppy who's already ahead of the curve—affectionate, sharp, brave, and ready to bond—Hercules is your guy. With a little love and continued guidance, this little legend is going to grow into an incredibly loyal companion.
Adopt Hercules, and let the adventure begin.
