**SENIOR**  Huck (aka Huckleberry Hound) is everything a hound should be.  Goofy, sniffy, sweet - he is always happy, and happy to share his day with you.  We think he is 8 years old but aren't sure because he does have a good amount of energy and LOVES going for walks.  He doesn't pull hard (unless a silly squirrel lets him get close) but finds great joy in being out in the woods sniffing all the great smells.  Don't you want a dose of joy in your day?Huck is currently kenneled and we'd love to find out how he does in a home (foster or adopt!).  We think that with a back yard or porch he would love relaxing and watching the world go by.  Huck would love a soft bed to sleep in and a person to give him treats.  He is very food motivated and that will help with his training.A good boy who loves to please, Huck will make a great companion for an individual or a family.   With a loving person who will give him walks, guidance, and affection, he will be a faithful companion and best friend. Huck loves belly rubs and ear scratches, he is a dog who wants to connect with people, and he will appreciate the comforts of a warm home and a soft touch.
