LOCATION: LOCATION: Dothan, ALDOB:7/14/2021Meet Jack, a loyal and mellow 3-year-old Great Dane who is equal parts gentle giant and devoted sidekick. Jack loves the simple joys in life: cruising in the car with the windows cracked, leisurely walks in the great outdoors, and snuggling up close with his favorite humans at bedtime. This sweet boy is already housebroken, leash trained, and knows the essentials—commands like "sit," "walk," and "car" are second nature to him. His quick wit and adaptability shine through in his daily routine, especially during mealtime. Picture this: as soon as he hears the sound of his bowl being filled, he’ll dash across the house to claim his spot with unmatched enthusiasm!Jack does well being left out while his people are away, but he is also crate trained. He has a calm and independent streak, but when you're home, he’s a certified "Velcro dog" who will loyally follow your every move. He will always have your back, alerting you with his deep bark anytime someone strolls by outside.Jack thrives in a quiet, low-traffic environment. While he’s shown some possessiveness over high-value treats with his energetic 8-month-old foster brother, he coexists peacefully with his chill 12-year-old foster sister. He’d do best with low-energy or solo-dog households, and his compatibility with cats remains a mystery.Though he’s faced big changes recently, Jack’s true character shines through—gentle, sweet, and incredibly well-mannered. If you're looking for a loyal, protective, and loving companion to call your best friend, Jack is ready to fill your heart (and home) with warmth and joy.========================= To apply to adopt me, please fill out the application form! https://form.jotform.com/51994996709176 .For more information, please email us at rescueme@srgdrr.org.
