Meet
Jazz
, a 2-year-old, low-to-the-ground Staffordshire Terrier mix girl with the most adorable short stack build and a heart full of love. With her sleek black and brown coat accented by soft hints of white, she’s as gorgeous as she is cuddly. Jazz is a chill, laidback little lady who’s friendly with other people and pups - she might make the perfect little sister to your resident dog. She adores staying close to her people - walking calmly on leash, happily following by your side, or curling up for snuggles at the end of the day. She’s also smart, listens well, knows “sit” and “come”, and is even the perfect size to scoop up and carry (which she doesn’t mind at all!). Jazz may be a bit quiet at the shelter, but in a calm home, her sweet personality is sure to shine. If you’re looking for a lifetime of loving and loyalty, Jazz is absolutely your gal!✨
2 year old black, brown, and white Staffordshire Terrier
32 pound female - Jazz is not yet spayed, which will need to be done before or shortly after adoption,But the shelter can likely help with this!
Up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! However, Jazz had a little itchy scratchy rash called demodex that the shelter has already treated, so she will need to be adopted on a health waiver - adopter to follow up with own vet for further diagnostics and potential treatment
Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 3/25/25 as a stray
absolutely precious little short stack, the most perfect little lowrider
luxurious black and brown coat accented with delicate hints of white
very chill, wonderfully laid back little girl - non reactive to other pups, approaching kennels with a curious sniff - so could make an excellent little sister to any other pups you may have
friendly and loving personality, easy addition to any family!
follows nearby her person, even on leash - wants to stay close to her loved ones
loves pets, cuddles, and quality time together - would be the perfect snuggle buddy at the end of a long day!
even enjoys being carried, which she's the perfect size for
excellent on leash, always listens to her person, and can sit and come on command
a bit quiet and reserved at the shelter, but this is likely due to the noisy, hectic shelter environment
