If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please complete an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about our adoption process, please visit our Adoption Process page on our website at www.rescuecrew.org.Kai is a sweet, little guy who is ready to go anywhere with you and be your best friend. He loves walks and does well in the car and walking on a leash. At home, He loves to snuggle and be nearby. He's never met a stuffy he didn't want to destroy. Kai weighs about 22 lbs making him an easy size for an apartment or house. He doesn't bark much unless others are baking at him. He gets along with most other animals, though he'd prefer to be your one and only. He can behave around cats, though he loves to chase them for fun when he can. We have not had him around children though it seems like he's so well with those who respect him. He is housebroken with consistent routines. He sleeps well in a kennel or with his humans at night. He is a little stressed in a kennel when he's home alone, barking a little when we leave. This is improving as he is, is starting to trust and relax more.Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online forms here as well.
