What kind of home would be best for me?
This little guy will make a perfect companion for anyone. He loves people and being loved on. He enjoys being in your lap and is an attention hound. Kingsley is vocal and sometimes lets out loud, unexpected “screams” to get attention. It’s part of his charm (and strategy!), but it makes him less suited for apartment living or homes with shared walls.
Kingsley will do well in a home with another dog and kids. While Kingsley doesn’t require a fenced yard, it would provide a safe place for him to run and play. Indoors, he’s happiest being near his people—whether that’s joining you on the couch, being carried around, or tagging along for errands. He'd love walks around the neighborhood or trips to the café—especially if they end with a pup cup!
What is my personality like? Meet Kingsley, an adorable little pup with a huge heart and a big personality. He absolutely loves people—especially when he can curl up in your lap for snuggles—but he also has an independent streak and isn't shy about letting you know what he wants. Most of the time, it is attention, pets, or playtime with his canine pals!
Kingsley came from a hoarding situation and wasn't in great shape when he arrived. Thanks to lots of love and care, he’s doing much better now! This sweet guy gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing with them. He often follows their lead to get around. Kingsley is affectionate, quirky, and full of spunk. He’s still a puppy and hasn’t learned basic commands or leash manners yet, but he’s eager to please—and treats and praise go a long way with him. Spending time training Kingsley will not only help him become more confident, but it will also strengthen the bond between you and your new best friend.
Kingsley may be small in size, but his heart is huge and overflowing with love. If you're ready to welcome a loyal, cuddly, and spirited little dog into your life, Kingsley is more than ready to meet you.
How do I act when I first meet new people? Kingsley loves people and enjoys being in your lap getting pets. When he’s had his fill, he will let you know as he has a bit of an independent streak.
Other tips and tidbits: Kingsley was born on 8/5/2024.
House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule if a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
