Kinni is a beautiful and athletic 6-month-old German Shepherd–Hound mix with a gentle soul and a sharp mind. Weighing in at just 40 pounds (she’s smaller than she looks!), Kinni is ready to find her forever home.



She may be a bit cautious when meeting new people, but once she feels safe, she warms up quickly—offering affection, snuggles, and plenty of belly rub opportunities. Kinni is currently working on polite manners like keeping her paws off people and counters, and she’ll thrive with continued training and socialization. She’s especially eager to please and responds well to positive reinforcement.



Kinni is crate-trained, potty-trained, and travels well in the car. She settles down quietly in her crate and is typically calm around the house, although she may bark to alert you when strangers enter—her way of being your loyal protector.



With a calm, patient handler and continued guidance, Kinni will continue to grow in confidence and blossom into the incredible companion she’s meant to be. She would do best in an active home where she’ll get regular exercise, structure, and plenty of love.
