Kota is a gentle lady looking for a furever home that is mostly chill and calm. She would love nothing more than to lay around all day with the occasional excursion around the house to chase lights-sunlight, lights reflecting off the floor, or the LASER LIGHT. She also enjoys some games of keep away and tug-a-war every now and again.

 

If she is feeling especially perky she'll play fetch too! She likes her short walks outside and knows where all her dirty business goes, but she would prefer to be in the house with her humans. She willingly goes into her kennel when needed with just a bit of barking when you leave. She'll even sleep in there quietly if that's what you want but she would prefer a spot next to your bed.

 

Kota's got a strong voice and likes to let you know what's happening around her, which means she can be a bit vocal when cars drive by, people walk past, or even when the kids are running up and down the stairs. Because of this, she might thrive best in a home without shared walls where she can express herself freely.

While Kota isn't a huge cuddler, she does enjoy the occasional snuggle and will happily accept a petting session from time to time. What she really loves is giving kisses! She's a sweet girl who appreciates reciprocation and might be a little disappointed if you don't return the affection. She's a loving companion who shows her affection in her own special way!
