Lurch is a one year Shepherd mix, who is sure to keep you happy and entertained! He came into the shelter with his sister “Wednesday”, and the two of them did great together living in the same pen. Wednesday was recently adopted, and now it is Lurch’s turn to find his forever home! He’s the more outgoing dog of the two, always eager to greet visitors at the front of the pen with affection. It’s clear that Lurch is a people-dog who absolutely LOVES the company of humans. He has also been good with toddlers and children he has met. Lurch is eager to please and treat-motivated, which will expedite training in his new home as he works toward becoming the “Good Boy” he’s meant to be! As a bonus, Lurch is strikingly handsome, especially when the sun shines off his red fur, his tail curls up, and his ears go in all directions! He also gives a wide range of facial expressions while running, playing, or going on walks, which are sure to keep you smiling. If you’re looking for a dog with a fun, engaging personality and a sweet friendly nature, then Lurch is the perfect match for you!
