Hello! My name is Mato and I'm a 1-year-old, neutered, shepherd mix that currently weighs about 86lbs. My name means Bear and it's very fitting since I'm such a big, floofy, boy! My friends here at PHS say I'm still working on my impulse control and self-awareness so I'm hoping for a family that is prepared to continue my training. Bonus points if you're familiar with large breed boys like me! Since I have such a big and boisterous personality, I may be overwhelming for younger children. Since I’m not at the adoption center, you can make arrangements to meet me by submitting your fully completed Adoption Profile Form to adoptinquire@peninsulahumanesociety.org and a staff member will call you to conduct a phone interview before making an appointment to meet me in person. You must be 18 or older to submit a profile.
