If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please complete an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about our adoption process, please visit our Adoption Process page on our website at www.rescuecrew.org.Heya folks! My name is Mileena (Millie for short), and I LOVE playing outside. I adore the feeling of grass on my feet. Give me a leaf pile and I’m thoroughly entertained. Need your sticks picked up? I’m your girl!I am an overall friendly and happy girl who gets along with everyone. So far, I haven’t met a dog I don’t like. I get along great with kids, even babies! I am a fairly high energy girl though, so when I get the zoomies small children just may go down like dominos (sorry in advance, I just get so haaappiieeee I forget to watch where I’m going). I promise to circle back and give sweet kisses if I do that! And after my zoomie session, I have a hard crash and will put myself to sleep in my dog bed. But can I bring your socks with me for snuggles? It makes me feel close to you. A few more basics about Ms. Millie: How is Mileena on a leash? We’re working on it. She tends to herd, even on a leash. And she’ll stop walking if she gets too far from home. What is her prey drive? Mileena did fine around a cat friend. She would also like to make friends with birds and squirrels, but they say “no”. Is Mileena housebroken? She is doing well at alerting when she needs to go out. Zero accidents in her kennel. Is Mileena a vocal girl? She doesn’t really bark but has recently found her voice and started to tell her foster when she wants attention (now please and thank you!).Mileena would do well to grow with a young family. She’s a very personable and loving girl. Don’t miss out on this sweet girl!Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online forms here as well.
