This beauty is WILLOW, a 57 pound, 7 year old American Staffordshire Terrier mix. This sweet girl is one of our long-term foster dogs who has been waiting around two years for her forever family. Willow is a gentle soul who really loves to hang out with her person/people, whether that’s laying on her dog bed in front of the fire, or chilling out on the couch while you binge watch your favorite show; she really simply enjoys your affection and attention. Willow's favorite time of day is going for a long walk on the nature trail with her foster dad, spending that time outside smelling the air and watching the wildlife. Prior to fostering, Willow enjoyed having a fenced yard.
Willow previously lived nicely with a large, male, German Shepherd; she is not recommended for smaller dogs. This loyal and loving dog is completely housebroken and has very good home manners; we think she would make a wonderful family dog with kids older than 10, as the little ones make her very nervous. She really is just the sweetest dog. And would love to have her forever after. HAS SHE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU??
Willow is likely an American Staffordshire Terrier mix. She currently weighs about 57 pounds, but should probably weigh 60. She recently underwent knee surgery and has fully healed and is again enjoying her long walks. This dog has been examined by licensed veterinarians, provided inoculations, been wormed, tested for diseases, spayed, and microchipped.
