My name is Momma Teagan. I am a 2 year-old pit mix (best guess). Me and my 4 puppies were rescued by animal control from a barn where I found safety for my babies but then no one came for us so, luckily we were rescued a second time by Rescue Rovers just in the nick of time because the shelter had no more space. I have been having so much fun feeling safe and having plenty of food to eat and lots of room to run and play and I do love to play. I have several foster friends (the furry kind) to play with, big and small. I get along with everyone including the cat. I don't live with children but due to my temperament my foster Mom thinks I would do great except I do like to jump up sometimes. I basically have pretty good manners I am told. I haven't had the opportunity to learn a lot in my life but I would love to have a family that is willing to help me become the best dog I can be and spend time teaching me new skills. Training would help a lot with that.
I sleep all night in a special area at my foster home. I am potty trained and I take treats nicely. I get a little excited when I am going for walks so I still pull a little. The idea of a car ride scares me but I behave well in the car once I am there. I am working on some basic skills like sit, off, using a doggy door, getting in and riding in the car and stuff like that. I have great recall and would love to find a family that wants to spend time with me and will let me join in their adventures. If you think I would be a good addition to your family please apply to meet me today at
