Monk is a free-spirited brindle boy with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! From the moment he arrived, he’s shown us just how sweet and endlessly happy he is. Despite coming in underweight, Monk has never let that—or anything else—diminish his zest for life and his love for everyone he meets.Shortly after his arrival, we discovered that Monk has heartworms and will need to go through treatment. Because of this, he is a foster-to-adopt pup while he completes his medical care. Part of his recovery requires him to stay calm, and he's been handling it like a true champ! Due to his treatment, he has not yet been dog-tested, but we’ll be learning more about his interactions as he progresses.Monk is looking for a loving foster-to-adopt home that will help him heal while embracing his happy, go-with-the-flow nature. If you're looking for a companion who radiates positivity and joy, Monk is ready to be your new best friend! Could you be the one to give this happy hippie the love and care he deserves?
