I'm Myles and I'm a good ol' boy! I'm easy going and am such a great and low maintenance companion. I'm about 5-6 years old, which means I've had time to learn my manners and lose any naughty puppy habits. Our best guess is that I'm a cattle dog/lab mix, I came to my foster home a little on the heavier side. I'm around 50lbs, but I am a medium dog and I have been losing weight and looking great. I have a nice short and sleek coat.
I was lucky enough to get pulled out of the shelter the day before I was scheduled to be euthanized (for overpopulation, and no fault of my own). I am a sweetie and have such a zest for life and am grateful to still have one. My foster mom says I've been really easy on her but she needs to get me adopted so she can save more dogs like me.
Some great things about me: I'm fully crate trained, dog door trained, I don't lick, and I don't jump up. I love a good bum scratch, I know "sit" and "speak". My favorite thing to do is hang out with people, I love to just be quietly near my foster mom while she gets stuff done around the house. I love to go on walks! I also love a good nap in my bean bag bed. I have a perfect energy level and would probably be great with respectful kids.
I get along with other dogs but I'm pretty indifferent to them, being an only dog would not be a problem for me. I actually prefer to play with people and I would love to not have to share your attention!
