Meet Nova Regina, a one year old Lab/Pittie Mix and our newest resident at the Mikey & Me Kennels for Happy Days Rescue.
Nova is a super sweet little girl, she weighs only 45 pounds and she absolutely loves engaging with people. Nova likes playing with squeaky toys, running in the outdoor play yard, and she keeps a very clean kennel and is mostly potty trained for indoors. She may do well with other calm dogs but we’re still testing that assumption.
Nova had her rabies shot in December and she tested negative for heart worm disease at that time. I’ve started her on monthly heart worm and flea/tick prevention. Her first Vet visit with Mikey & Me is on Friday, May 9th. She will receive all necessary vaccinations, she will be microchipped for her safety, and we will be scheduling her spay surgery at this appointment.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.
Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
Pour toute adoption, nous demandons des justificatifs afin de compléter le dossier de l’adoptant : une pièce d’identité, un justificatif de domicile original de moins de 3 mois, et le certificat d’engagement et de connaissance des besoins spécifiques de l’espèce complété et signé 7 jours avant l’acquisition de l’animal.
Nous demandons également une participation financière, couvrant les frais vétérinaires dont l’animal a bénéficié lors de sa prise en charge (stérilisation, identification, vaccination, etc..). Si l’animal n’est pas encore stérilisé lors de l’adoption, un chèque de caution de 300€ est demandé.
