Opie is a beautiful 4 year old cockapoo who needs to find a new home due to his intolerance of small children and babies. We found out that this will be the second time Opie is rehomed due to small children being added to the family, and we want to ensure that it’s the last time.



Opie is well-behaved, obeys commands, and loves to play fetch. He is fully potty trained and crate trained. He loves walking on a leash, however he does bark at other dogs and people while out on walks and is pretty much a barker overall. He has been wearing a bark collar to control excessive barking. He has never been around cats. He can be ok with other dogs once he smells them, but will continue to be best as an only dog. Opie loves car rides and road trips and at only 18 lbs, he is easy to take along!!



Opie also loves cheese and he loves to snuggle next to you on the couch. He's also a great guard dog. He growls and lets you know a stranger is at the door. He prefers women over men but has lived with both, and will do best in a low-traffic home, with his favorite person by his side. He will pick his person, and look out for them and love them forever.



Opie will come neutered and up to date on all shots. He needs a home with no possibility of encountering toddlers, babies, and young children. He does not do well around little ones!! He is fine with adults and teens. Please apply for Opie at
