Hi! My name is Paisley, and I’m looking for a forever home! I was found confused and wandering by a kind young woman who thinks I may have been abandoned without my puppies. She searched everywhere but couldn’t find them. She tried to locate my owner, and when no one came forward, she took me to the vet to check for a microchip. When none was found, she made sure I got the care I needed. Once my stray hold was up and she couldn’t keep me, she asked for help finding me a loving home. The vet’s office reached out to BCAA, and as soon as they saw my sweet face, they said yes!I’m about a year old and weigh just under 40 lbs, but my foster mom is helping me get to a healthier weight—so I get extra food at mealtime, which I love! I’m a total social butterfly and adore getting attention from anyone willing to give it. I get along wonderfully with other dogs. I need a home without cats though. I also love kids and soak up every bit of affection they give me.I’m pretty good on a leash, though I might pull a little at first because I get so excited to go on adventures. I do well in a crate or kennel, but I’d much rather be with you and will remind you not to forget about me if I see or hear you nearby.I’m an absolute angel, and I can’t wait to find a family to love me forever. If you’d like to meet me, please fill out an application at www.bcaaofnj.org.
