Pepperoni is a sweet surrendered boy about 3 years old. His energy and strength were turning into too much for his owner to handle with her back injury. He would absolutely love an active family to keep him moving! He is good with other dogs, but cats seem to be a no-go for him, so a family with no feline companions is a must for him. He loves his walks - his hunting nose causes him to zig zag a bit to wherever the best smell is, however he's pretty good about not pulling constantly. He seems smart and eager to please. Some consistent direction is probably all he needs to be the perfect companion dog. He loves a game of fetch, and understands "drop" and "go get it". He loves to show his affection by shouting it on the rooftops, and giving sneak attack kisses, or hugs. He could use some basic manners, but he’s your typical, happy-waggin’ tail, lab. I mean, look at that face?! He is so happy all the time! He loves his enrichment activities to keep his busy mind sharp.
