WATCH MY VIDEO...My life hasn't been the easiest, but I've pushed through and turned out to be pretty great! My former owner rescued me from a guy who was basically having me live in a crate. Not a life I really wanted. Although she loved me, the landlord didn't, and told her I couldn't stay. My superpower is that I'm deaf. Although I haven't been taught sign language, I'm certainly willing to learn. I really like people and other dogs. I haven't been around kids or cats, but I can try. I'm a calm girl and at times I've been called a couch potato, but play with me and you'll see a different side. I love my toys and I love to run in the yard. When you come to meet me, give me a little bit of time. I may act shy, but it only takes me a little while to show you how happy I am to see you. At night, I don't mind sleeping in a crate, but I'd prefer to be in bed with you. Your choice. I'm happy either way. Please come meet me and make me a part of your family. I'm ready for a real home. To meet me, or any other pet, visit www.humanebroward.com and complete the pre-adoption application. The Humane Society of Broward County is located at 2070 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, and the adoption kennels open daily at 11 a.m.
