CALLING ALL PUG LOVERS! Meet Rodolfo....Rodolfo was found on the streets in Sonora, Mexico, last December by a person who was trying to give him away after they had found him all alone.  At the time he was suffering from a urinary tract infection and Rickettsia (a curable tick borne disease) which may have been the whole reason why he was dumped on the street to begin with and never looked for by his owners.  But once he got into the rescues’ hands he was given all the veterinary care he needed and deserved.Rodolfo stayed at the Rescue Fenix sanctuary in Sonora, Mexico, until his freedom ride to a foster home in the United States on April 27, 2025.  Since his arrival, Rodolfo has wanted nothing more than to lay by your side on the couch, or better yet, on your lap, for as long as he possibly can.  He is the true definition of a Velcro dog and because he only weighs approximately 16 pounds, he is the absolute best companion for exactly that.  And add in his smooshy little face, underbite and “snaggle-tooth” included, you cannot help but want to cuddle him more.Rodolfo is approximately 3-years- old.  He does great with everyone he meets, including dogs of all sizes and cats too.  He will do great in a home with a buddy, but would also be fine as an only dog.  He is still working on his potty training (doing great so far), and sleeps all night peacefully in his crate.  He does good on a leash and wants to listen and learn from you.  Is he your perfect pug match in shining armor?
