Meet 1 year old, 11 lb Rory!Rory is cute, cuddly, affectionate and loyal. During the day, he loves to play with his toys and zoom around the yard. In the evening, he wants to curl up on your lap for love and affection. On the first day, he's shy. But from the second day on he's your best friend. He wants to do whatever you're doing and will be your faithful shadow. You wanna spend the day working in the garden, he's here to help. You wanna go for walk, he's in! (but not on busy streets cuz he's scared of traffic.) You wanna go for a ride in the car, he's a perfect passenger.Rory loves other dogs and loves to RUN in a pack and be playful. He's known to be cat friendly, and he's housetrained.Rory is also hard-headed. He wants what he wants and he doesn't care for your opinion. He listens about as well as a cinder block. When he doesn't get his way, he protests LOUDLY... for about 2 minutes, and then he stops.Rory is also resource protective. He's food aggressive. He's favorite-toy aggressive. He's aggressive about his favorite spot in bed or on the couch. We also wouldn't be surprised if he would also aggressively possess his favorite person. He's only 11 lbs, but snarling and biting isn't cute, and it's not ok.He's only one, and we think he has a bright future ahead with a deliberate training plan. We'll be adopting Rory to a home who will work with a trainer to continue our positive reinforcement plan to help Rory become his best self. Please no kids.If you want to save a little boy who is a diamond in the rough, please apply to meet Rory.https://www.graspinc.org/dog-application
