Stubbs is a mature, affectionate and obedient good boy who is looking for a loving home. He came to the shelter when his owner passed away and he is so deserving of a loving home that wants a loyal companion.He loves hanging out with you and keeping you company. He's mellow and easy-going yet alert. He is quiet overall but will alert you if he hears something concerning. He has good manners, listens well, knows sit, comes when called and is housetrained.Stubbs is a great hiking partner and keeps up a good pace for his age. He loves going for walks and rides well in the car. He's a very manageable size of about 50 lbs in a compact bod. He is in good shape for his age and you would never guess he is 9yo by looking at him.While he has lived with other easy-going dogs, he is just as happy being a solo pet.
