About Tommy’s Breed: Miniature Pinscher
Miniature Pinschers are small but mighty—brimming with confidence, curiosity, and spunk. Often referred to as the “King of Toys,” the Min Pin is bold, alert, and full of personality. These little dynamos are intelligent and independent, yet they form strong bonds with their humans. They’re spirited companions who enjoy being involved in the action and can be very affectionate once trust is built. With proper structure, stimulation, and affection, a Miniature Pinscher becomes a loyal, entertaining, and lively member of the family.
Tommy’s Story & Personality:
Tommy is a joyful little guy who’s overcome a tough start and is now looking for a loving, patient home to call his own. Due to the effects of a past upper respiratory infection, he’ll need to stay on a combination of medications—but don’t worry, this doesn’t hold him back one bit. He’s active, alert, and ready to be your shadow.
He adores his toys and proudly carries them around with him. At night, he performs his signature bedtime ritual—tucking himself under the covers for a cozy sleep. Tommy is also leash trained and working on perfecting his house manners. He’d be happiest in a home with another gentle dog to snuggle with and a person who can spend quality time with him every day.
This little Min Pin has a heart as big as his personality and would make a loyal, loving companion for someone ready to give him the time and care he deserves.
Tommy’s Perfect Home:
Adult-only or calm household with older children
Someone home often who can give him the attention he craves
Another dog companion to cuddle and play with
A gentle, structured environment to continue building his confidence
An adopter comfortable managing lifelong medication needs
