At 5 years old and 83 pounds, Uni is a sweet, snuggly pittie mix who’s all heart! She’s thriving in her foster home, where she’s shown herself to be a gentle, affectionate, and low-maintenance house guest. She’s housetrained, sleeps soundly through the night, and knows basic commands like sit and paw. On walks, she’s calm and leash-savvy, barely noticing other dogs.

Affection is her love language—Uni adores cuddling and leans in like a warm, squishy blanket. She can be left alone for a few hours, and some white noise helps her relax when the house gets noisy. She can be a bit mouthy when excited, so may do best in a home without small kids.

Uni is on meds while recovering from three recent surgeries (spay, hernia repair, and face tumor removal). She’s a picky eater and a bit of a trickster when it comes to taking pills, but her foster is working on it with patience and creativity.

Uni would do well as a solo cuddle bug or possibly with a calm dog buddy. She’s looking for a quiet home filled with love, cozy couches, and a human who appreciates her gentle heart.
