Meet Walnut! This sweet little guy is about 12–14 weeks old and already melting hearts with his playful puppy energy and loving personality. He’s a black lab/pittie mix with the cutest brown marbling on his legs — truly one of a kind! At his last weigh-in, he was 18 pounds of pure love.

Walnut is dog-friendly and working on potty training — he’s already a pro with pee pads and getting better with going outside every day. He absolutely loves to be held when he's tired — he'll let you know when it's cuddle time and crawl right into your lap. The second you pick him up, he completely melts and goes limp, trusting you completely. If you’re looking for a snuggly, playful pup to brighten your days, Walnut is your guy!

Special Note: Walnut was part of a litter found in a sealed box next to a dumpster. Despite such a rough start, he’s incredibly trusting and loving — the way he melts into your arms when you hold him is proof of how much he loves and trusts humans. He’s ready to leave his tough beginning behind and find a forever home filled with love and cuddles.
