Meet Xipe, the sweet and endearing pup who’s looking for a loving family to help him build confidence and trust. 1-year-old Xipe might be a bit shy and may initially freeze when approached too quickly, but don’t let that fool you—underneath his reserved exterior is a playful and loving pup who thrives with another confident dog in the home as well as patience from his humans.

Xipe’s sweet nature shines through once he feels comfortable. His strong motivation for treats makes him eager to learn, and he’s already mastered commands like "sit," "leave it," "house," and "couch." He’s also crate trained, which helps him feel secure and at ease in his environment.

Living in foster with four cats and three other dogs, Xipe gets along well with his furry companions. Xipe will do best with another confident, social dog in the home to show him the ropes!
