Hi! My name is Zilla! I am silly, playful and highly intelligent 2.5 year old Shepherd mix. My looks are all Dutch Shepherd (see my gorgeous brindle coat?) but I'm just a little thing at only 40lbs!

I am a bit shy with new people and dogs upon first meeting. I have come a long way from where I started. In the beginning, I was scared of lots of new things. Foster mom really worked hard building my confidence up and now I'm just a little reserved. 
Once I’m warmed up, I love everyone and bond quickly. 
I do well with other dogs and I love to play. I would be happy to have dog sibling in my forever home, but foster mom says I would also be fine as an only child, too. As long as I'm getting enough love and attention (and playtime) from you!
I really love my people and I am eager to please. I will work hard to be the pup you want me to be! I am smart and even have some basic obedience skills! I'm also totally potty trained and crate trained. 

I would love to find a family who someone willing to continue confidence and relationship building training would be a good fit for me. I have not been around small children so older children (8+) would be a good fit for me as I like to wiggle and play often.
